Find out what makes you happy, what makes you excited and do it even more. If it is a 5 minute dance or 2 hour walk/run. Do you like to practise one or more sports? Great! Whatever makes your body happy is very important during your transformation time of becoming more conscious in your body.
We will also look at the importance of food and food supplements. We are what we eat... do you enjoy to eat something that makes you feel happy or you don´t pay any attention to your plate? Are you puzzled about the new trends in eating habits, like eating vegan food, do you know about the claims how a plant based diet can heal many illnesses? We will look at more aspects and teach you how to look what your body needs.
